The OpportunityWe are looking for an inspiring Lead Learning Support Assistant for SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) to provide outstanding learning support to individual students from Autumn 2026. You will play a vital role, working across the SEND team and wider school overseeing interventions and ensuring they optimise learning for individuals. You develop an expertise in SEMH. You will run interventions for pupils in this area, manage a small team of Learning Support Assistants and work closely with teachers and families to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs.
