We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised Nursery and Website Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within the school, providing effective administrative support to our flourishing nursery and ensuring that our nursery administrative systems operate efficiently and professionally. We are seeking to appoint the right person to lead the operations of our popular nursery including having full oversight of the school & nursery website. This role is integral in providing outstanding administrative support to our pupils, families, staff and visitors and this could be you! Reporting to the Headteacher, the Nursery and Website Administrator will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the school. You will oversee nursery admissions, nursery funding and invoicing. You will work with stakeholders to maintain the school & nursery website and provide high-quality support to the Senior Leadership Team.This is a rewarding position that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a warm, professional approach.Working two full days or 4 half days a week in term time, you will be at the heart of school life helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our community. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, adaptable and committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.The role includes responsibility for:• Managing the administrative tasks for the nursery.• Maintaining accurate pupil, medical, attendance and personnel records for the nursery pupils.• Managing nursery admissions, nursery funding and statutory nursery data returns.• Supporting the management of the website.• Using ‘Tapestry’ to maintain accurate records and process information.• Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), with familiarity in school systems such as SIMS, Scopay or Tapestry considered a bonus.• Maintaining confidentiality and contributing to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.About youWe are looking for someone who is organised, professional and able to thrive in a busy school environment.
