Summary

We are committed to delivering a high standard of multi-disciplinary recovery focused care; the post holder would be an integral part of this process and will be essential to improving service delivery. You will need to have relevant experience in either hospital or community settings, and have transferable skills for assessing mental health needs and risks, and formulating care plans for individuals who might be in a high level of distress with a variety of needs.
