Summary

Machine Operator

(Tractor/excavator/dumper/Ufkes etc)

Location: Maidstone or Polegate

Pay: £121-£130 per day + Enhanced Overtime (OTE £45,000-£50,000+)

Contract Type: Full Time | Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.00am-4.00pm - Overtime flexibility is required to work evenings and weekends, when needed.

We are recruiting Machine Operators on behalf of Chaffin Works to support a range of arboriculture, vegetation management and infrastructure projects across the South East.

This position offers excellent earning potential through regular overtime, alongside long-term career prospects within a growing business.

Responsibilities

Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently

Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks

Supporting site teams with project delivery

Working in line with all health and safety procedures

Completing site records and documentation

CSCS Card

CPCS Plant Operator Certification (10 tonne+ machinery)
