Summary
As our Sales & Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new potential customers, generating qualified leads and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to opportunity.
You will take ownership of outbound prospecting and help build a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline for Malden Hall.
The role will involve a mixture of research, telephone outreach, email, LinkedIn, networking and relationship building.
You will be expected to be proactive, organised and comfortable working towards measurable sales targets.
* Research and identify potential customers and target businesses.
* Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
* Generate new business leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
* Make initial contact with prospective customers and introduce company's services.
* Qualify prospects and understand their requirements, challenges and buying potential.
* Arrange meetings and sales opportunities for the wider team.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
* Manage and update the CRM system accurately.
* Track leads, conversations, opportunities and next steps.
* Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers.
* Work closely with the sales and management team to develop new business opportunities.
* Identify new markets, sectors and potential customer segments.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
* Contribute ideas to improve lead-generation and sales processes.
* Consistently work towards agreed lead-generation, meeting and revenue targets.
