Summary

Do you want a rewarding carer where you can make a real difference to the lives of young adults with addition needs/ challenging behaviours?

We have opportunities for Support Workers (Social Care) to join our team in Westcliff-on-Sea/ Southend-on-Sea.

The role includes: assisting with activities in our centres as well as trips out, personal care, assistance with eating and drinking, tube feeding, administration of medication, cooking, cleaning, shopping and other activities as and when required.

Training will be provided with the option of completing Health & Social care diplomas. Opportunities to advance within the company.

Must have good English communication skills.

Experience of working with people with disabilities/ learning difficulties and/or challenging behaviour advantageous but not essential.

Rate of pay is subject to experience - meets National Minimum Wage

Working Hours: 08:45 - 15:45 Monday - Friday
