Executive Administration Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Unicorn Brewery, Stockport

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (10:00am - 2:00pm)

Salary: £16,500 per annum

We're looking for an organised and proactive Executive Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting key areas of our business, including shareholder engagement, company secretarial administration, property management and business governance.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be the same. You'll provide administrative support across a range of business activities, including:

  • Supporting shareholder communications, meetings and engagement programmes
  • Maintaining shareholder and family contact databases
  • Assisting with company secretarial administration and governance processes
  • Providing administrative support on property matters, including legal documentation and records management
  • Managing and maintaining important business records and archives
  • Supporting compliance and insurance administration across our pub estate
  • Arranging meetings, travel and hospitality requirements
  • Processing expense claims and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general office administration support to the Executive Assistant and Estates Manager
  • Assisting with cover for certain Executive Assistant responsibilities when required

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who takes pride in producing accurate work, enjoys organisation and can be trusted with confidential information.

Essential Skills & Experience

 

  • Experience of supporting corporate/company secretarial and property legal work
  • Previous administrative experience within a professional office environment

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team

 

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a family office, private office or similar trusted environment
  • Experience using communication platforms, SurveyMonkey or similar application and diary management tools such as Doodle Polls or equivalent scheduling applications
