Summary

Have you already got experience working within a special education setting? Do you enjoy helping others succeed and flourish? Do you have a can-do attitude for education and promoting learning for all abilities?

As a teaching assistant within SEN you will be aiding students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups and supporting their learning, communication - growing skills and creating a safe space for students to grow.

Salary: £88-105 per day - Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30 - part time not considered

Requirements:

-GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above

Experience working with non-verbal students and an understanding of the condition as well as Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

- Drivers preferred due to rural campus location

- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service - or already have one

- Previous experience of performing personal care for ages 7-19.
