We are working with a school in

The Role

You will work alongside experienced teaching staff, supporting pupils in the classroom and helping them get the most from their education.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting pupils during lessons and helping them understand and engage with classroom work.

    • Providing

1:1 and small-group support where pupils need additional guidance.

    • Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits.

    • Supporting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.

    • Building positive relationships with pupils while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

    • Developing your understanding of different learning needs through practical, school-based experience.

    What We're Looking For

      •

2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject — Psychology, Education, English, Mathematics, Science or a related discipline would be particularly relevant.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      • A confident, patient and approachable personality.

      • The ability to build positive relationships and engage pupils.

      • A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced teaching staff.

No previous teaching or school experience is required. Your classroom experience starts here, with support from experienced staff as you develop your skills.

      Why Apply?

      £500–£530 per week | Monday–Friday | Full-time, term-time

You'll gain genuine, hands-on experience working directly with pupils and experienced teachers, developing practical skills in

classroom support, communication, behaviour management and learning interventions.

This experience can provide a strong foundation for progression into

teacher training, education, SEN, educational psychology or wider graduate roles working with young people.

      If you have a

2:1 or above in a relevant degree and are ready to start your career in education, we'd love to hear from you.
