As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in understanding complex business challenges and translating them into user-centred digital solutions that deliver real value.

Working within the Create Service Line, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, users and multidisciplinary teams to identify needs, analyse processes, and shape improvements that support organisational and policy objectives. You'll lead investigations into business opportunities, define requirements, assess options, and ensure solutions meet both user needs and strategic goals.

You'll build strong relationships across the department, influence decision-making with evidence-based insights, and help drive continuous improvement. The role also offers opportunities to mentor colleagues, champion business analysis best practice, and contribute to the development of the wider profession.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to: 

  • Having functional or people management responsibilities, or a combination of both

  • Analysing and understanding a business problem or opportunity 
  • Undertaking research and analysis to understand how a business or business area works, considering the people, organisation, processes, information, data and technology
