Summary

Care Assistant (Days) – Bartholamew Lodge Nursing Home

At Bartholamew Lodge Nursing Home, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant.

Based in Wednesbury (WS10), Bartholamew Lodge provides care and nursing support for older adults, including people living with dementia. If you're passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding opportunity within a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:

• Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences

• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility

• Providing support during mealtimes

• Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour

• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing

• Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team

Position Details

• Full time opportunity, 3 days per week

• Shift times: 08:00-20:00

• Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

• Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

• Location: Wednesbury WS10 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
