Summary

We are looking to recruit two caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistants to support a young person with complex physical and learning disabilities. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting the young person to participate in daily activities, access the community, and enjoy a fulfilling and active life.

The young person has physical and learning disabilities, including Down's syndrome and autism. They are non-verbal and communicate through alternative methods. They are mobile for short distances but primarily use a wheelchair for day-to-day mobility.

The role involves working in accordance with an established care plan to provide safe, person-centred support tailored to the young person's individual needs.
