Acting as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from advertising vacancies and managing safer recruitment checks through to issuing contracts, maintaining employee records, supporting workforce reporting and performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
