Brooke Priory School is seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a warm, supportive and thriving independent prep school where every member of staff plays a vital role in school life.
Working within our busy dining hall, you will help ensure that pupils enjoy a welcoming, safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience every day.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals.
• Supporting the smooth operation of the dining hall.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Clearing and tidying dining areas after service.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide an excellent service to pupils and staff.
• Helping create a positive and caring environment for our children.
Hours of Work
11:00am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday - Term Time Only (34 weeks per year)
