Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Margate that are looking to appoint reliable and enthusiastic KS1 Supply Teachers to support their classrooms on a day-to-day and short-term basis.Whether you're an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable experience in different school settings or an experienced educator seeking a better work-life balance, supply teaching offers a fantastic opportunity to continue making a difference while enjoying greater flexibility.

The Role

As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you'll provide high-quality classroom cover across Year 1 and Year 2 classes, ensuring pupils remain engaged, supported and on track with their learning.You'll have the chance to work in a variety of primary schools, develop your teaching experience and build relationships with local school communities, all while choosing assignments that fit around your availability.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it

Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1

Can quickly adapt to new classroom environments

Deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress

Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude to every placement
