Summary
Steeldeck Rentals designs and installs bespoke temporary seating and staging for events across the UK and Europe, from depots in London and Manchester. We are looking for a Hire Administrator to join our dry hire desk at our South Bermondsey depot.
You will be the first voice clients hear, the person who turns an enquiry into a booking, and the link between the office, the warehouse and the drivers. It is busy, varied and central to how the business runs.
Day to day you will take enquiries by phone and email, advise clients on standard products and options, and turn requests into clear, accurate quotes and bookings. You will own dry hire and standard jobs from enquiry to invoice, working with Project Managers on more bespoke designs. You will raise the paperwork, including pick lists, delivery notes, invoices and health and safety documents, schedule collections and deliveries with the Operations team, and make sure the Warehouse has kit prepped and ready. You will also check returns, log damage and shortages, and keep hire records accurate in Current RMS.
Salary £31,500 per annum, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. We offer training and real progression in a growing business. Several of our senior team started on the hire desk.
