Summary
Vacancy Location: Llannon Road, Upper Tumble, Llanelli SA14 6BU
Shifts: 38 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Based at Ty Cwm Gwendraeth, in Llanelli, we provide nursing care for 49 adults over the age of 18. We offer a place called home for people with a range of complex specialist mental health needs.
As our Chef, you will play a vital role in the heart of the home- the kitchen.
You’ll prepare fresh, nutritious, home-cooked meals tailored to individual needs and preferences, consulting with colleagues to plan varied menus that meet dietary requirements, including guidance from SALT and other professionals.
This role offers:
• 10- hour shifts between 8am and 6pm
• 4 days per week
• Alternative weekends working
• Autonomy to suggest and lead themed food events and special celebration days
• The opportunity to create and manage an annual events calendar
