Duties of the Service Advisor role:

- Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships

- Handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

- Managing workshops and service bookings to meet deadlines

- Promoting dealership products and services to meet sales targets

- Supporting team initiatives and contributing to business growth

- Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations

- Maintaining departmental organisation and supporting team performance

Requirements for the Service Advisor role:

- Previous customer service or selling experience, ideally within a main dealer environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

- Driven, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service

- Full UK driving licence
