Summary
Looking for regular van driving work with an early start and consistent hours? We are currently looking for experienced Van Drivers to join a busy nationwide white goods delivery operation.
You’ll be responsible for delivering white goods directly to customers throughout the UK. Depending on the delivery, you may work independently or alongside a driver’s mate when additional support is required.
The role involves some manual handling, with a shoulder dolly provided to help with heavier appliances. As you’ll be delivering directly to customers’ homes, a professional, friendly and customer-focused attitude is important.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers seeking ongoing work with regular delivery runs.
Requirements
Own transport due to the early morning start
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Minimum 2 years’ commercial van driving experience
Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
Reliable and professional when dealing with customers
Good attitude and strong work ethic
This is an ongoing placement.
Working Hours
Starts typically from 4:00am
Around 8–14 deliveries per shift
Shifts generally last 10–12 hours
Ongoing temporary position
Pay and Benefits
£13.25 per hour
Up to 28 days’ paid holiday accrued pro rata
Regular, ongoing temporary work
Nationwide delivery routes
