The Role
You will:
• Plan and deliver bespoke learning for individual pupils and small groups.
• Work closely with the Autism Provision team, SENDCo and class teachers.
• Develop personalised approaches that enable children to access learning successfully.
• Support pupils to develop independence, communication, social understanding and confidence.
• Monitor progress carefully and adapt provision to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment where children feel safe, valued and understood.
