We are looking for a proactive and highly organisedData and Examinations Assistantto support our Data Manager and Examinations Manager.This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone who has strong data skills and the ambition to learn and develop with us. We are keen to invest in the successful candidate and help them build the knowledge and experience needed to progress towards anExaminations Manager or Data Manager role in the future.You will work across both data and examinations, helping to collate and analyse pupil performance information, maintain tracking and pupil information systems, and support the planning and delivery of mock and external examinations.In this varied role, you will:
• Assist the Data Manager incollating and analysing pupil performance data
• Assist the Examinations Manager inplanning and delivering mock and external examinations
• Develop and maintaineffective tracking systems
• Help develop the data skills of our wider staff teams
• Support the maintenance and effective use of our pupil information systems
• Identify opportunities to improve our data and examination processes
• Develop your own knowledge and skillset, preparing you to progress into more senior data and examinations roles in the future
