About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Male Care Assistant to provide 1:1 support for an individual with complex healthcare needs within their own home. This role goes beyond general caregiving-it offers a fulfilling opportunity to master specialised clinical skills, build a meaningful professional relationship, and support a client to live safely, independently, and with utmost dignity.
Due to the specific personal care needs of the individual, this position carries a Genuine Occupational Requirement for a male candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver attentive 1:1 care across 12-hour shifts
Support clinical care management, including Epilepsy monitoring, Diabetes care, and Brain Injury support
Assist with essential housekeeping activities, including meal preparation, cooking, washing dishes, ironing, and general cleaning
Provide high-standard personal care and proactive pressure area management
Promote daily routines, independence, and emotional well-being
Full training and hands-on shadow shifts are provided to ensure complete confidence.
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 months of professional UK care experience
Prior experience with Epilepsy, Diabetes, or Acquired Brain Injury (Complex Care preferred)
Willingness to carry out standard household and maintenance duties
Valid Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Up-to-date CV covering complete employment history
