Summary

Flight Checker Newcastle - Woolsington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Flight Checker to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Woolsington. You will ensure prepared meals meet menu specifications, including special and last-minute requests, and that correct quantities are ready for uplift.

Shift patterns:

* 06:00 - 15:00, Monday to Sunday, Fixed.

Pay rates:

* 13.51 GBP hourly.

Must-have requirements for Flight Checker:

* Educated to GCSE levels.

* Right to work in the UK.

* Ability to undertake a DBS check.

* Provide 5 years of referencing history.

Desirable requirements for Flight Checker:

* Extensive experience in a similar role or food industry.

* Working knowledge of Basic Hygiene.

* Experience in a production, manufacturing, or stores environment.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Good English and numeracy skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

* Ability to work to tight deadlines.

* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Role for Flight Checker:

* Ensure prepared meals meet menu specifications and special requests.

* Verify correct quantities are ready for uplift.

* Complete security checks in line with DFT requirements.

* Report any operational delays.

* Work effectively in a fast-paced, cold environment.
