Summary

Are you an experienced Customer Service Supervisor currently seeking a new job starting ASAP on an initial 6-month fixed term contract? Would you like the option to work hybrid? Is Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire convenient for you? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Working within and leading a small team of Advisors, your duties as Customer Service Supervisor will include:

• Day-to-day management of the team

• Hands on role, taking calls from customers

• Dealing with escalation of more complex complaints

• Resolving customer queries efficiently and effectively

• Processing online orders

• Actioning refunds and cancellations

• Liaising with other areas of the business

You will have:

• Previous customer facing and/or supervisory experience

• Strong problem-solving skills

• First class verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to operate various IT systems

In addition, you will be adaptable and flexible to work within a dynamic and changeable business and work well as part of a small team.
