Summary

Teaching Assistants St Margaret’s C of E Primary School are excited to be able to appoint 2 committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (Level 1).

One position is 32.5 hrs per week on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027 and the second position is 19.5 hrs per week on a fixed term contract until 30th April 2027. The successful candidates will work with children across the primary age range from Reception to Year 6. The successful candidate will:• Be calm under pressure, adaptable and enthusiastic

• Be compassionate and have a positive attitude

• Have good listening skills and to be sensitive to pupils’ individual needs

• Have a strong knowledge of SEN

• Have experience of a range of learning support needs

• Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with parents and carers to achieve the best outcomes for their children

• Is committed to CPD for themselves and others

• Thrive on working as part of a committed team

• Be an enthusiastic and imaginative individual, who will create a stimulating and vibrant learning environment.
