Job Title: SEN TA
Location: Bromley, BR1
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

Do you have experience working with autism, communication difficulties, learning difficulties or complex needs?
Are you a patient, caring and resilient
SEN TA who is confident supporting pupils with additional needs?
TeacherActive are recruiting for experienced
SEN TAs to work within specialist SEND settings across Bromley.
As an
SEN TA, you may be required to provide 1:1 and small-group support, help pupils access learning, encourage communication and independence, and work closely with teachers and other professionals to meet individual needs.
The successful candidate will have:
•
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND
•
Experience working with children or young people with autism or additional needs
•
A patient, caring and resilient approach
•
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•
Confidence supporting pupils with complex needs
•
A good understanding of safeguarding
•
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
•
Personal care experience would be beneficial
