Residential Support Worker (Temporary)

Southampton | Up to £16ph + £65 Sleep-In

Looking for flexible, rewarding work where you can make a real difference?

We're seeking experienced and compassionate Residential Support Workers to support children and young people with EBD and SEMH needs in a residential setting. You'll help provide stability, encouragement, and a safe environment where young people can thrive.

What We're Looking For

Experience in residential childcare, EBD, SEMH, social care, or youth work

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes

Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins

Full UK driving licence preferred
