A new appointment has arisen to join Calderdale Youth Justice Service as a Quality Assurance and Improvement Officer. This role is pivotal in improving practice and driving forward consistency in the services we offer to children, young people and families.
In this role you will be leading on the quality assurance activity within the Youth Justice Service, you will work positively with the team, monitoring the quality of the work by undertaking audits, analysing themes and trends, identify action and implement wider learning opportunities. You will work in partnership with the Youth Justice Management Board and senior leadership team in reviewing policies and procedures and providing detailed reports of your findings. You will also undertake thematic audits that address key national issues and contribute to inspections.
