Key Responsibilities

Provide emotional and practical support to service users

Assist with personal care, including hygiene, meals, and daily living tasks

Support individuals with medication in line with company policies

Monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate care records

Promote independence and support individuals in making informed choices

Contribute to the development and review of care plans

Encourage participation in social and community activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment

Follow health and safety procedures, including fire safety and risk assessments

Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies

Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement

Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the service
