Summary

Make a real impact every day as a Project Night Worker at Hafod.

We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll assist in the provision of a full range of support services to Young People with complex needs within a Supported Housing Project.

This role is 25 hours per week covering Saturday and Sunday evenings.

It’s hands on rewarding work where you can genuinely make a difference to the people you support, and no two days are ever the same.

What you’ll be doing

Provide night cover and work as part of a team to support and assist Young People in their Supported Accommodation environment.

Ensure that support is provided in a manner which enables the Young People to feel safe in their own home and able to live independently.

Create a safe, stable, and supportive living environment where young people feel secure in their home.

Build positive and professional relationships with young people, promoting their personal development and wellbeing.
