Summary
Machine Setter Operator
Location: Telford
Salary: Starting salary of £35,115 per annum (rising to £43,486 once key competency levels are achieved)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)

We're seeking a proactive and hands-on individual to join a busy production team in Telford, where you'll be responsible for setting, operating, and optimising machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate production machinery to meet production targets
• Carry out machine adjustments and changeovers
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Support continuous improvement activities to maximise efficiency
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator, or within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with automated or semi-automated machinery
• A keen eye for detail and quality
• Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
