Sheffield Housing Service

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team in a team manger position in our Sheffield housing service.

The Role

This vacancy presents a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Sheffield team, based close to the City Centre, delivering support to people in recovery from drug and alcohol misuse across a number of sites.

You will lead a small, committed team providing high quality and inclusive services to individuals with a range of backgrounds and experiences, including substance use, offending, and homelessness. You will lead the team in delivering high quality services and accommodation, one-to-one support to identify strengths and goals, and work with each individual to support them to build recovery capital and achieve their ambitions, including accessing training and education, engaging with community and peer support, and building recovery capital.

This role is largely 9-5, but some flexibility will be required, as well as participation in an on-call Rota (remunerated).
