Summary
Juice Hospitality is recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of a restaurant. The employer’s name and location will be shared during an initial confidential conversation.
This opportunity would suit a chef with experience at Chef de Partie level who enjoys taking responsibility for their section and takes pride in consistently well-prepared food. An interest in Italian food would be advantageous
Your responsibilities
• Organise preparation and run your section during service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to the kitchen’s standards.
• Work closely with the senior chefs and wider kitchen team.
• Maintain food hygiene, allergen awareness and safe working practices.
• Manage stock rotation and help minimise food waste.
