What you'll be doing

You'll work within our Empty Homes team, carrying out repairs and refurbishment work to bring properties back up to a high standard before new customers move in.

Typical work includes:

Carpentry

Plumbing

Plastering

General repairs

Finishing works

You'll manage your own workload across your local area while being supported by an experienced team.

What we're looking for

We're interested in good tradespeople who take pride in their work.

You'll need:

Experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing and plastering essential)

High standards of workmanship

Good customer service skills

Full UK Driving Licence

The ability to work independently

Basic DBS required (we'll arrange this).
