What you will bring to the role Current professional registration as a Midwife, with degree-level qualification. A recognised teaching and assessing qualification and evidence of continued professional development. Significant post-registration experience, including clinical leadership at Band 6 or equivalent. Strong specialty knowledge and the ability to model evidence-based, compassionate practice. Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating education in formal and workplace settings. Ability to identify learning needs and support staff to achieve and maintain clinical competencies. Excellent leadership, coaching, communication and team-working skills. Experience of clinical audit, quality improvement, service development or change management. Confidence in providing constructive feedback and supporting performance improvement sensitively. Strong organisation, prioritisation and digital skills, with the ability to work across sites and professions. Please see the attached job description for further information about this vacancy.
