Summary
Were looking for someone with: Significant experience in property, estates or portfolio management Proven track record in lease negotiation and landlord/tenant management Experience working with LIFT, PFI or complex contractual frameworks Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills Ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders Knowledge of statutory compliance and NHS estates frameworks (HTMs/HBNs) Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline Professional membership (or working towards) such as RICS, CIOB, IWFM or APM
