About the role

This role is ideal for Nurses looking to move away from shift work into a more structured environment.

We are recruiting registered Nurses (RGN, RMN and RNLD) to join a Functional Assessor team delivering Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services in Salisbury.

This Nurse Functional Assessor role, sometimes referred to as a Disability Assessor role, involves completing structured assessments and producing clear, evidence-based written reports rather than providing hands‑on clinical care.

This is a structured, assessment-based role offering a move away from ward work and shift patterns into a predictable Monday to Friday position.
