Summary

Supporting the Medical Secretary service in Medicine:

• Large Volumes of audio Typing from digital dictation

• Clerical work to support the team

• General office administrative duties

• Post

• Scanning

• Audio typing from digital dictation, photocopying, filing, answering the telephone, scanning, onward referrals and uploading to EPR.

• Support Medical Secretary service subject to service needs cross site at HRI/CRH.

Supporting the Medical Secretaries in Medicine, covering all admin functions including scanning, photo copying and answering the phones. You will also be processing large volumes of Audio typing from digital dictation all whilst working with nurses and consultants to deliver admin support (subject to service needs) and ensuring deadlines are met.
