Summary

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 Basic + Bonuses + Career Progression

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and learn every aspect of the recruitment process, including:

Candidate sourcing and talent attraction

Interviewing and candidate screening

Right to Work and compliance checks

CV formatting and candidate registration

Posting and managing job adverts

Building relationships with candidates

Coordinating interviews and placements

Database management and administration

Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants

As you develop, you’ll progress into managing your own vacancies, building client relationships, and developing leadership skills.
