Looking for a Delivery Driver role with fewer drops and a better work-life balance?
We're recruiting reliable and customer-focused Van Drivers to join a growing home delivery team. Unlike many multi-drop driving roles, you'll complete no more than 12 deliveries per day, allowing you to focus on providing excellent customer service without the pressure of high-volume delivery schedules.

The Role
As a Home Delivery Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to customers' homes while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a company van to complete scheduled home deliveries
Deliver products to customer homes professionally and on time
Follow planned delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
Load and unload goods safely
Complete basic product assembly when required (full training provided)
Carry out vehicle safety checks and report any defects
Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
Comply with all road traffic laws and company procedures
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
Good driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving goods
Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
Desirable Experience
Previous experience as a Van Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Home Delivery Driver, Courier Driver, or similar role
Knowledge of transport and logistics operations
Experience using delivery apps, GPS systems, and route planning tools
Warehouse or distribution experience
