Summary

We are looking for a Landscape Supervisor to join our employee owned business.

We are a national award winning company, specialising in private garden design-and-build projects, predominantly in Kent.

Being owned by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), all employees have a stake and ‘voice’ within the business and after a preliminary period are entitled to share in the profits the business makes on a fair basis.

We are a friendly but professional company offering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

The role involves 'hands-on' leading a team of typically 2 or 3 persons, undertaking garden construction to a high standard. Projects will range from single feature installations (eg patios, lawns, decks, planting) to whole garden landscaping, working from plans and to best practice specifications.
