Gentleman with Downes syndrome able to walk but non verbal. Needs support with every day activities including personal care cooking house cleaning. Looking for someone to motivate gentleman to go out and take part in social activities.

The hours are worked over a 4 week rota as follows Week 1 - 10 hours plus 1 sleep Week 2 - 23 hours plus 2 sleeps Week 3 - 8.5 hours, no sleep - Week 4 same as Week 1 average hours per week 12.88.
