Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming school environment where previous Hays staff have consistently provided excellent feedback about their experience. The school is well-regarded for its leadership, positive culture and commitment to supporting both students and staff.As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teachers to help pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential. The role may involve providing one-to-one support, assisting small groups and helping to manage behaviour within the classroom.This position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Experience working with young people in a school, education, care or youth work setting
