Summary
Control and coordinate the workload of the compliance team while on site, using written programmes and setting clear job priorities.
Ensure sufficient manpower is available to complete the required work and that team members understand their duties.
Supervise Duct Cleaning Operatives to ensure work is completed to the required standard and specification.
Make sure all work is carried out in line with training received, skills acquired, and company procedures.
Work with the Regional Supervisor to support on-the-job training for new operatives.
