The Welcome Manager team are the face of Hopetown Darlington.andnbsp; Delivering exceptional customer service, you will need to be energetic with an outgoing personality and a andlsquo;can doandrsquo; attitude.andnbsp; Working in a shift pattern across 7 days a week with a focus on weekends to ensure that the visitor experience is always at a high standard across all areas of the site.andnbsp;

Reporting in to the Visitor Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing several teams of staff including Food andamp; Beverage, Retail, Admissions, Visitor Experience andamp; Housekeeping.andnbsp; Health andamp; Safety andamp; Security of the staff and visitors will be a key area of this role and will include actioning emergency procedures and dealing with first aid incidents. andnbsp;andnbsp;
