We’re looking for:
- A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build
- A team player who values consistency
- A Full UK driving licence
- 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Who you’ll
support
You’ll be
supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bourne Service to thrive and live as
independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From
supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,
You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
Your role:
- Provide person-centred
- Encourage activities and meaningful experiences
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing
support and personal care
Support communication in a way that works for them
