Are you an experienced Commercial Disputes lawyer looking to join a leading national law firm with a strong local presence? Our client is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Lawyer to become part of its highly regarded national Commercial Disputes team in Birmingham.

The Role
Joining the Birmingham Commercial Disputes team, you will work alongside experienced partners and legal professionals on a broad range of general commercial contentious matters. You will play a key role in supporting and growing client relationships while helping to develop the next generation of legal talent within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation matters.
- Managing complex cases from inception through to resolution.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities.
- Supervising, mentoring and helping develop junior team members.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider national practice.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong technical expertise in general commercial disputes.
- Experience gained within a reputable commercial litigation practice.
- A proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
- Experience supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to your work.
