Summary
Abimatic Care Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable and professional Care Workers to join our team, providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. The role involves supporting people to maintain their independence, dignity, safety and wellbeing.
Responsibilities may include personal care, medication support, moving and handling, meal preparation, continence care, light housekeeping, companionship and accurate completion of care records. Some packages involve individuals with complex healthcare needs, and appropriate training and competency assessments will be provided where required.
