Summary

Warehouse Operative PM - Darlington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading retail company in Darlington. In this role, you will be responsible for handling products, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. You will work as part of a team and have opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

Shift Patterns:

* Monday to Friday: 14:00 - 22:00

* Sunday and Saturday: Available for overtime

* Flexibility is required for this role

Pay Rates:

* 12.91 GBP hourly

Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Operative:

* Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks and follow supervisor instructions respectfully

* Work as a team by helping coworkers whenever needed

* Basic English and Math proficiency

* Available to work 40 hours a week

* Not on a student Visa

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative:

* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

* Good record of attendance in previous roles

* Experience working to targets and attention to detail

* Familiarity with basic warehouse health and safety procedures

* Manual handling experience

* Team player with good communication, punctuality, and a proactive, adaptable attitude
