Summary
Multi Trader – FM Service Provider – Midlands / Gloucestershire - £24p/h - Temporary
Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in the Midlands / Gloucestershire. CBW is currently recruiting for a Multi Trader, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of Multi Trader and Fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working hours
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Up to £24 per hour ( depending on qualifications ) (umbrella)
- Immediate start
- Company van provided, working in the Midlands and Gloucestershire
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carpentry & joinery
- Plumbing
- Painting & decorating
- Plastering & rendering
- Tiling
- Flooring
- Basic electrical works
- Door and lock repairs
- General building repairs
- Silicone/mastic works
- External maintenance
- Minor roofing repairs
- General property maintenance
Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of most building fabric / multi trader duties
- Qualified in either Carpentry, Painting and Decorating or any relevant trade
- Good communication skills
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload
